Free trial
VaultPAM offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. This article explains what is included, any limits during the trial, the trial timeline, and how to upgrade to a paid plan.
What is included
- Full access to the VaultPAM console
- Unlimited connectors (within fair-use limits)

Feature limits
Full feature access during trial -- no feature restrictions. You use the same product as paying customers.
Trial timeline
- Day 1 -- Account created. All features are available immediately.
- Day 14 -- Trial period ends. Your account enters a grace period.
- Day 15 -- Account is suspended. You can no longer log in or launch sessions, but your data is preserved.
- Day 45 -- If no paid subscription is active, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted.
What happens to your data
After 30 days post-suspension (day 45 from trial start), all tenant data is permanently deleted. This includes session recordings, audit logs, credentials, and configuration. This action cannot be undone.
Export any data you need to retain before day 45.
Your data is safe during the suspension window (days 15-45). To export audit logs, go to Audit log in the console and click Export CSV before your account is deleted.
Upgrade path
To continue using VaultPAM after the trial, upgrade to a paid subscription:
- Log in to the console at app.vaultpam.com.
- Go to Organisation settings > Subscription.
- Select a plan (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise).
- Enter payment details and confirm.
- Your account is immediately reactivated with no data loss.
If your account was already suspended, contact support@vaultpam.com with your organisation email and we will restore access.
